I've mixed running with workouts at home thus far. I am committed to this challenge and 20mins really goes by fast if you don't even think about it! At the moment my life is a bit hectic, getting ready for a move overseas, so stopping to workout each day is just what I need. The weekend was super busy, and I felt really active, although I didn't technically "workout" Saturday or Sunday. I'm travelling for work this week so I am hoping I stay atcive and energized on the road. I ran 6 out of 7 days this week - a first for me, I think! Three days I ran with my 7 year old as he trains for an upcoming 5K (his second). On the days when I didn't run (last Sunday and yesterday), I did a lot of walking around while wearing my baby, and that's a good workout in itself!!
