Things to think about:
- I need to be better at staying on goal pace.
- I love speed work. Plain and simple. It's fun.
- I need to learn how to use the Garmin to analyze my data post run.
- Running at the high school is nostalgic...minus the lacrosse team wondering what that crazy woman is doin' huffing and puffing her way around.
