Thumbs up for a family run!
 On the menu for tonight...
1 mile warm up
2 x 1600 repeats at 9:22 pace
2x 800 jog recovery
1 mile cool down

Here is how it really went...
1.25 miles warm up @ 10:00
1600 @ 9:08
800 @12:00
1600 @9:16
800 @ 10:55
800 cool down @ 10:55

Overall pace was 10:06

Things to think about:
  • I need to be better at staying on goal pace. 
  • I love speed work. Plain and simple. It's fun.
  • I need to learn how to use the Garmin to analyze my data post run.
  • Running at the high school is nostalgic...minus the lacrosse team wondering what that crazy woman is doin' huffing and puffing her way around.
